Due to the structural characteristics of the balloon and weather conditions, access may be limited in certain situations.

Wheelchair Access: SEOULDAL is a tethered gas balloon. For structural and safety reasons, boarding with electric wheelchairs is restricted. Manual wheelchairs with a width of approximately 80–90 cm or less may be allowed on board; however, access may be limited depending on on-site conditions. Manual wheelchairs are available for rental on-site, so please contact us before your visit for a smoother experience.
Weather-Related Access: SEOULDAL is highly affected by weather conditions. Depending on the day’s weather, including wind speed, wind direction, and rainfall, boarding may inevitably be restricted for some guests, including wheelchair users.
