Information to Check Before Visiting
- Please note that this attraction is sensitive to weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rain, and the operation of the rides is decided in real-time. If immediate boarding is not possible upon your visit, you may wait until the operation resumes or be asked to visit on another day if boarding is not possible on the day of your visit.
- Passengers under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 19 years old.
- Those with problems in move by themselves must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Passengers under 110cm in height may experience restricted visibility.
- Wheelchairs, strollers, or other items wider than 90cm cannot be accommodated on the ride and must be stored next to the storage lockers before boarding.
- Pets are not allowed on the ride, and there is no designated waiting area for pets, so please refrain from bringing them.
- Those with conditions such as acrophobia (fear of heights) or bipolar disorder are advised to reconsider boarding.
- There is no designated parking space, so please use public transportation or nearby public and private parking lots (paid).
Essential Rules for Riders
- For a safe experience, please follow the instructions of the pilot and staff when boarding and viewing.
- All belongings, except for mobile phones, must be stored in the lockers provided before boarding. (Items such as DSLR cameras, selfie sticks, etc., are not allowed.)
- Cameras are not permitted to protect the privacy of nearby residential areas.
- Unauthorized drone or other aerial photography is prohibited.
- To prevent accidents during the ride, it is forbidden to extend hands or objects outside the net.
- If you experience any unusual symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, or panic during the ride, you must immediately inform the pilot.
- During the ride, please follow the pilot's instructions, and for safety reasons, running or other similar actions are not allowed.
