In addition to visiting the site and purchasing boarding passes, SEOULDAL can also make online reservations using Global Online Travel Platform. If you want to make an online reservation, please check the following information to make a reservation.

Important Information for Reservation
- A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per reservation, and availability is subject to the remaining number of tickets at the time of booking.
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or flight control restrictions, the operation of this experience may be canceled on the day of the reservation without prior notice.
- If online reservations are fully booked for your desired date, onsite ticket purchase may be available, subject to availability.
- If you made your reservation through a global platform, please present the ticket payment voucher sent to your email upon arrival at SEOULDAL.
- The cancellation fee policy is outlined below. Refunds may take up to 7 business days, depending on the processing procedures of your card issuer. For any inquiries regarding card refunds, please contact the card company used for payment.

- If there is a discrepancy between the type (child, youth, adult, senior) and number of passengers selected at the time of reservation and those who arrive onsite, the online payment will be canceled and a new payment must be made by card at the site.
- If more people arrive onsite than were originally reserved, boarding may not be possible for the additional persons depending on the current waitlist and availability.
- For reservations made through Naver or KakaoTalk, payment is not made in advance. Please visit the SEOULDAL Safety Education Room (1st floor) on the day of your ride to verify your reservation and complete payment. Only card payments are accepted; cash and mobile payment services are not available.
- All reserved participants must arrive together by the reserved time for reservation verification and pre-boarding safety instruction.
- If you do not arrive by the reserved time, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and may result in restrictions on future bookings.
